Delivery Courier

You load the van at the depot in delivery order, scan every parcel and check the addresses against the route on the handheld. On the round you hand over the parcel, take the signature or the code and record a failed delivery with the reason. Cash on delivery is counted and handed in at the depot with the returns. The shift is 09:00-18:00 with a fixed route and two days off a week.

Category B driving licence held for at least two years

Able to lift parcels up to 25 kg and to work at a steady pace

Good sense of direction and confident use of a navigation app

Polite and calm with customers at the door

Willing to work Saturdays on a rota

Basic Lithuanian, Russian or English for customers and the terminal

Net salary from 1200 up to 1370 EUR per month

Open ended contract with social insurance from the first day

Company van, fuel card and phone provided, no personal vehicle needed

Couriers who know the city well take the depot dispatch desk, which plans the routes for the shift and is paid at a higher rate. The operator also trains its own drivers for the larger vans.

A heated sorting depot with a loading dock and a driver room, and the round itself in the van and on the street in all weather. A high visibility jacket, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and are supplied.
